Beds/Pillows/Carpet/Tissue/Pool/Hot Tub/Location between two malls and near milwaukee and marquette university.
Only complaint, I called the day of my arrival to say I would be arriving late, after 10:00 pm. Upon arrival, the desk clerk said '2 queens', "yes", how about a queen with a pull out, "no", how about a king with a roll a way, "no, neither of those are real beds". I asked if they normally did first come, first served, clerk said no, but...I was then offered the handicapped room with two queens, I said "yes" and it was perfectly fine. So, other than an irritating and long check in process, I would book this hotel again.

The room was brand-new and stylish, plus had a nice view to enjoy. It's in a great spot, just a short distance from a restaurant. 🌆 Also, it's only 2 miles away from Prins Willem V.

I expected the room to have a refrigerator. Not one that I would have to request and pay additional fees.

We had a comfortable stay at Sonesta. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the upgrade to a king suite. I will recommend staying here.

Bare bones! Nice restaurant, but so over priced with very, few wait staff who, while very nice, seating waits were very long.
Location was good, decor was good, beds were comfortable, front desk staff were.polite, but they solved no issues and had nothing to offer. I asked for a box, and was told they didn't have any. All prices are exorbitant, when frankly you get much better at other places.

The location of this place was fantastic! It was just a short walk away from Brewer Stadium and nearby malls. It was in a perfect spot that served as a central point for all our activities.
